Lisa L. Webster, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings extensive clinical expertise, compassionate leadership, and a patient-centered approach to mental health care. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, Lisa offers a unique perspective shaped by a diverse professional journey and a lifelong commitment to serving others.
Lisa began her healthcare career in the dental field before pursuing nursing as a second career more than a decade ago. She started her nursing career at Arizona State Hospital, where her dedication, clinical excellence, and leadership abilities allowed her to advance into multiple leadership roles. In addition to her clinical practice, Lisa is passionate about educating the next generation of nurses and serves as an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the University of Arizona's Master of Entry to the Profession of Nursing (MEPN) program.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Lisa provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. She has specialized experience in addiction management and is certified in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), allowing her to offer innovative treatment options for individuals living with treatment-resistant depression and other psychiatric disorders.
Lisa believes that healing begins with trust and understanding. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where every individual feels heard, respected, and supported. Her philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a nonjudgmental approach, recognizing that each person's mental health journey is unique. She partners with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote resilience, recovery, and lasting wellness.
Outside of her professional life, Lisa is the proud mother of three daughters and grandmother of seven wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, including maintaining a close friendship with her former husband as they continue to come together for family gatherings and special occasions. She also loves cooking and baking and proudly considers herself a self-taught chef. Whether caring for patients, mentoring future nurses, or sharing time with loved ones, Lisa is guided by compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
